Have you checked your network status &lt;A href="https://status.o2.co.uk/" target="_self"&gt;https://status.o2.co.uk/&lt;/A&gt;?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Secondly, if on contract has your payment been made?. Sometimes there is an error with the billing system&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Finally...can be a symptom of a blocked phone unfortunately.&lt;BR /&gt;I would contact customer service first to see if an error has been made and your phone accidentally blocked.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If nothing is showing on the service.o2.co.uk sometimes simply cleaning the sim card and switching the phone off/on fixes the issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
