Just looking for an honest answer.....

Why is upgrading through O2 so expensive?

I've been loyal to O2 for many years and have spent £1000's in the process

so why is my loyalty not being rewarded with your best deals?

I can find better and cheaper tariffs elsewear, i dont want to change but i'm not talkin £1 or £2 a month, i'm talking £20 a month with a package that offers more data and no upfront costs

so please...... your honest answer, why are you so exspensive?

You need to call and ask them on 202 as we are all customers here not o2.
I can tell you what I think but it won't be an official answer.

You won't get any massive discounts if that's what you are thinking. It's the same deal for new & existing customers now

Maximising profits and a take it or leave it attitude. Mnnn..... think that would sum it up!

Personally I would leave it and go elsewhere after of course checking networks coverage.
