just fired off a complaint to o2 complaints about the stupid upfront fee's for an upgrade and zero customer loyalty. so lets see how this one pans out, not sure why as a customer of nearly 15 years i should be forced to pay £119 upfront cost and zero discounts on my tarrif, when i can move to anouther network get a 0 upfront cost and a cheaper deal!!!!! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

However, it is better if you create your topics under another category because the O2 home one is where members talk about the O2 home product/app: Introducing O2 Home. Control your home from your phone. Just tap the O2 Home app and the hub will tell your smart devices what to do. So you can control your locks, plugs, cameras, heating and more, wherever you are. Easy.
