    <description>It is not o2's policy to replace immediately and even when they do, they will mostly give you a refurbished phone, not a new one.</description>

      <description>Bad service as my phone was sent off to the repairs as it had somthing wrong with it , i could not hear the other person on the other end of the line , they ate now sending it back after two weeks and if im not happy i will get a repacement of anew one ,&lt;BR /&gt;All they seam to do is make up excuses and so they dont have to repace it , ive told them if its doing it when i recieve the phone its being sent back or im having a repacement</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Normally a phone has to be sent for a repair for the same issue 3 times before a replacement is offered&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Personally I prefer to deal with the manufacturer rather than o2's repairers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
