O2 have now made available a website feedback form. If you have any suggestions or something isn't working, then let O2 know and perhaps they can sort out any bugs.

One of the biggest annoyances is for example, the constant '500 Internal Server Error' which I have already fed back to them.

Let's hope O2 will repair the constant links which just don't work, but it's up to us to give them feedback as they may just not be aware of the extent of the problem.

I think O2 are constantly adding to their website and new items and links are appearing at regular intervals. It's difficult to keep up with but if O2 don't know there is a problem, then they remain blissfully unaware.

At least they have listened and made available an option to report bugs which need maintenance.

Thanks Steve, as prking said good find.

I've just used it for the first time and was surprised to see that broadband was not one of the options you could select!

Poor Perksie over in Yorkshire has to rely on his mobile broadband now to get to the forum and yet the O2 status page reports no problems! The Be* status page reports a different picture though, Castleford is down.

Then again, the sheep are probably knackered

I had a reply saying that they couldn't reply on a personal level but they had taken my comments on board but if I wanted a personal reply, then use the 'contact us' form! Uh?? what's that all about?

The feedback form isn't working for me...

"Unfortunately the server couldn't find the page you requested, either because it is temporarily unavailable, has had its name changed or no longer exists.

This might be because:

You may have typed the web address incorrectly. Please check the address and spelling ensuring that it does not contain capital letters or spaces;
The page you were looking for may have been moved, updated or deleted.

Please try the following options instead:

Go back to the previous page
Go to the O2 Homepage"

This thread is so old it's gone all crusty.

Try another browser or clear your browser cache to see if that helps.

I don't think the form has ever worked properly at any time in the two years

You are right, we report the same faults repeatedly because we forget they were not fixed the first time.
