topic No access to Network in Discussions & Feedback

Cheers - I'll try this but I can't see it working. It's common practice for o2 employees to give this advice out all the time regardless of the problem. Should I take the sim out when I turn it off?

They said there was no problem with sims or phones, literally just their service. They didn't say to take the sim out

Hello. My phone says 'No access to network' which has never happened to me before. Is there an issue with o2's network? Anyone else with this problem? Or is it something to just do with me?

I can't even ring o2 to tell them! Any advice?

I'm in Plymouth, mine's down too. Didn't even notice until I tried to make a phone call and couldn't. Won't allow me to text or ring out. Very frustrating this has happened a few times to me now and as I'm a student I have no means of ringing them to tell them about the problem. You can't seem to access the tool to check the network status either.

Are they aware of that the problem is not just limited to Cheltenham?
