      <description>&lt;P&gt;Me and my husband was woken up last night at 1.23am with a text from o2 telling me my data was low, it frightened the life out of us we thought there was something wrong we our children. o2 should make sure these messages come through at a reasonable time, i cant fined any where to complain about this on there web site.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Service messages from o2 do tend to come at silly o'clock and no-one knows why.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>It's an automated system so they don't know when the text are sent. You could put the phone on vibrate only or airplane mode</description>

      <description>We've raised the issue of the timing of automated texts before and asked for a system to be put in place whereby customers can choose what times they want to be contacted between, may not ever happen though.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I certainly feel for &lt;a href="https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2543153"&gt;@armo31﻿&lt;/a&gt;. I have learnt over the years with my lads.....that a text at silly o'clock can be bad news (often in my imagination) ......and always caused me a fair bit of panic.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It would be good if 'the computer' could be programmed to time zones and nothing delivered between 11pm to 7am.....For many people once they have been disturbed during the night...going back to sleep is impossible.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As for putting the phone on vibrate? Catch 22 really. You could (and I have) missed important texts/calls by taking that action...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm pretty sure O2 staff are fairly oblivious to times of texts. Yes they can be sent out during the daytime if they programme the system but bear in mind it wouldn't suit everyone no matter what time they are sent out, nightshift workers, people overseas etc.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm with the idea of a tick box for preferred times....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
