I see lots of discussion on Marshmelow for 02 S6 but is it likely for the S5?

Vodafone have released Marshmallow already in UK but no other network nor Samsung yet for their unbranded phones.
@Chris_K will know if O2 have it for testing yet.

It's on the list. As @MI5 has said, only O2 know the release schedule. You'll have to be patient.
