      <title>O2 Repair Tracker</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Any of you guys know how long before a repair job created in an O2 store is visible on the tracker.       <description>&lt;P&gt;My smartphone was sent away for repair from my local O2 store at the beginnibg of December&amp;nbsp;and was back repaired within 5 days. I tried every day it was away to check the progress of the repair&amp;nbsp;online&amp;nbsp;but got the same message as you, no repair exists. I received an email from O2 repairs to let me know when it was back at the O2 store for collection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Well, the phone was back before it was even added to the tracker... odd.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Just want to say that it was quick on being returned and had zero issues with the repair process.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Guess I am just lucky... given everyones feedback.</description>
