      <title>Disgraceful Customer Service</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Exactly one year ago, I upgraded my phone. However, it did not suit and I returned it within the period allowed. Although I have spoken to O2 on numerous occasions, and despite their promises to amend and refund the account, I am still been billed for the new phone and allegedly within a contract for the non existent phone. I am now at the end of my tether!!!! Has any one else experienced anything similiar and how was it resolved??&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
