      <description>&lt;P&gt;after I frustrating weekend trying to order an iPad Air with the online site s redwing up n ,e 3 times twice tacking the £118 upfront payment the one the phone Sunday the same happened to the sales girls so did an order separate Tom my account told me I could sort the extra 50% data later that I have been told I can't now&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;nothing a all today to say my order was dispatched call CS to ne told evening delver yes can not be tracked we chat a waste of space no delivery told it will be with me tomorrow by web chat but there will. E no me home w are both on 13 hour shifts&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not happy at all&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Cheers for the replays&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the order is there in my O2 but it just say not applicable at the bottom were the courier and tracking number should be and yes I understand it is UK Mail making the dlivery&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I actually received my sim for a new tariff a couple of days before it was showing in My O2. However that is no help to you when waiting for a new device. ...If you are at all worried, as I said in my first post&amp;nbsp; then persevere with phoning O2..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
