Severn Trent discount

Hi Folks,I recently got a new contract phone,I was told at the O2 shop that if I go online to O2 open,I can claim discount as I work for Severn Trent water but can anyone tell me how do I do this?
Can't find the correct way of processing this.

You should be able to text as long as you are in the first 30 days...
