      <description>&lt;P&gt;I attempted to order a new phone online through a 24 month contract and it required £9.99 up front.&amp;nbsp;To complete the order I had to call 02 and they wanted information on passport or drivers license. I couldn't offer these so they couldn't proceed with the order... yet they still took the £9.99 upfront fee. Will this be automatically credited back to my bank account?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Yes if the order was not completed the money will be released / returned to you.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It's possible they have not actually taken the money but instead it was held. Either way it should be released / returned to your account in approx 7-10 working days.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Keep an eye on your Bank Account. Your Banks Customer services can also help you if required.</description>
