Mast problems

It now been 6 weeks since the mast problems in DN14 7 area, ramdom call and texts sometimes texts are a day later, every week i have contacted them , with the reply it will be fixed shortly, even worse because my contract has run out the offering me upgrades, why upgrage to a service that is not working. no 3G ,

I wouldn't, try some PAYG sims from other networks and see who gives you the best coverage.

Good coverage and signal is paramount. A good deal means nothing if you get no coverage. As said, try some PAYG sims and go with the one that serves you best.

It seems as if it's still not fixed take the chance to test other sims as suggested:

Sorry a phone mast close to you isn't working
This means you might experience problems making calls, using the internet, or sending/receiving emails.

I have the same issue since 10 months and they did nothing.

I have seen your other thread, are you saying that coverage is due to mast issues or lack of them? We are always advising people to try a variety of P&G sims before choosing a contract. Obviously from the limited information you have supplied we can't give any informed advice.

It's a Mast problem and there is no planned work by the network so it can take up to 2 years to get this resolve.

It sounds like you may be in one of the areas planned for network upgrades which are rolling out currently.
