Technology goes wrong from time to time - people need to remember it usually works most of the time and when it goes wrong it's not personal!

I have to say I took it very personally when my local mast went down for the 5th time in one calendar month, so much so that I moved one number to EE. Strange that in the 12 months on EE there has never been a mast issue.
