I've had a call from this number (0344 826 0202) they said it was O2 (very polite) and could call back. When they did I was informed that I could upgrade early (5 months) as they would buy me out of my contract (£100) if I upgraded to a Samsung handset,when I asked if it was only Samsung they said it was which seemed a bit odd so I declined, I then checked the number on the internet and opinion is split between O2 or CW.
