      <description>2 phones on (n)O2. One is dual sim (voda - working fine) O2 dreadful for 2 weeks, low/no signal and dropping out mid-call. Phoned them up - dishonest response. Still no better. Got my PAC code. I'm off.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I wonder what information the CS reps have? It would make sense when bringing up someones account for the system to run the postcode through the live status checker as well adding this to the information available to the rep. I am sure most people would prefer to be told straight off there is a problem in your area and we're on it - rather than misleading and inaccurate responses.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
