    <description>Have O2 stated they are going to charge you a re connection fee ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It is not always the case depending on how you have conducted your account in the past.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you know someone with an O2 contract phone perhaps ask them to use it to dial 202 on it.</description>
