when i accept a call i cannot hear the caller very well, it is very faint and my volume is on highest setting. any ideas?

It sounds as if you have a faulty handset, have you tried to update the firmware?

It sounds like you could possably have a loose connection within your internal speaker wire you should be able to have the handset sent away for a repair free of charge under your warranty......

I had that before with a sony ericsson, it was because it had got wet, even a little damp will do it.

I took my phone apart and let it dry out in a warm dry place then put it back together and it was ok!
