The big problem has been with the IMEIs showing as used previously.

yes, this gives them confirmation that there is an issue, so the imei has not really been used, also some people cant seem to find the link to claim it, so it's on there...failing that they have the number to call nokia so that they can order it manually.

Hope that it provides a bit more information about the promotion...there isnt a lot on the website...

The online site still does not work,and the number also does not work,it puts you through to an answer machine where you choose the options..all the options answer with number no longer in use.

So any ideas how to claim my free 735 christmas bundle greatly appreciated.

It's just not good enough is it?unfortunately there is no other way of claiming it...it has to be done by Nokia

On this one I'm going to have to disagree...The responsibility lays with Nokia....Their offer not O2's.

O2 is just selling it and has no control over it...

Its not Nokia, its Microsoft as they are directing anything Nokia related to their Microsoft sites, as they are the owner and also Im wondering wether the Nokia naming will cease sooner rather than later or at least change,even the new phones are only recognised by equipment now as 'windows phone' rather than the Nokia phone name.

Anyway ive emailed the arnova site as on a previous thread they have had some luck with them acting on behalf of Nokia for this promotion.
