I find this text extremely rude in its content. Do you really think it is acceptable to start a text with hang on a minute? You need to rethink this.

Hi @Anonymous and Welcome to the forum.

I'm on the £20 Big Bundle too and appreciate the reminder text.

I accept different people would react to wording of things differently.

For me I don't find it rude but instead a little quirky.

I think it is probably O2's attempt at being 'trendy'...and less formal... We will probably see something along the lines of 'Whoops! you need to top up soon'..:smileywink:

Or even...... 'Damn...we have run out of stock of that phone'...:smileysad:
