not recieving texts

I have a o2 contract phone and my wife has payg o2 phone,up until last week i could send texts to her and she would receive them without problem,she no longer gets my text messages !, i have done the obvious checked the number etc . she gets texts from other phones on all other networks and other o2 phones,any help would be appreciated.

Try removing and cleaning your sim card, or another O2 sim in your phone.

If that works a new sim may be in order.

Also check that she hasn't accidentally added you to her blocked sms list. (If her handset has that function)

My wife had same problem, on PAYG for years with no problems, changed to pay monthly and problem started. Texts and calls are through different message centre number and this must be the problem.

Thanks to all who replied to texting problem.
It turned out that she had been playing with the sms settings and blocked me!
