      <description>My phone is cut off ( my fault!) but being house bound and only having my mobile, it is impossible to pay my bill. I've tried everything!!!! Why is it that you can't ring 02 to pay them?? Hoping they will call me!!??</description>

      <description>I can't make ANY out going calls. If I try and pay on "my O2" it directs me to a phone number and I have no access to any other phones!!!</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I hate to be a harbinger of doom, but if the OP has had his phone cut off because of non-payment, and hasn't been able to contact O2 to try to rectify this, he may already have had a marker put on his credit rating, which would prevent him getting a phone contract with any provider.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
