      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a smartphone, which looks and acts like samsung 24, but is andriod and from China&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It works really well, but one thing it refuses to do is turn OFF voicemail&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have spoke to the so called Gurus on 02 three time so far and they all say it will be switched off, but nothing happens&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cant tell them the make of the phone either so that confuses them, and meanwhile, because I am not allowed to have my phone at work, i keep haing to pay excessive charges to 02 to listen to my voicemails&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have called 1750/1760 even 1710 to turn on Call Alert, but nothng works, apart from leaving 02!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any helpful advice guys?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>O2 on 202 should be able to assist.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If your on contract it comes from your monthly allowance of&lt;BR /&gt;Minutes.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If on payg it will cost 15p per call to listen to them.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sounds like an interesting phone.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any chance of uploading a picture ?</description>
