Just got a new sim free phone ( nokia 3720 classic ) normally just by putting the sim in ( pay&go)& booting up the phone the settings are sent to you in a text , But this never happened . Sending "ACTIVE" to 2020 Get the replay " sorry we have had problems dealing with your request "
The send settings from the o2 site are not working aswell with another error message 😞

Is there a problem with O2 settings at the moment :robotindifferent:

I don't think O2 supply the 3720 (yet), so they won't have the settings to send you. You will need to enter them manually from somewhere like www.filesaveas.com

No, it just means that as O2 don't currently supply the handset they don't have settings for it. So you need to enter them manually.

I have same issues but with HTC Touch Pro 2 phone on o2 Simplicity tariff. My question is where do I enter these settings om my phone (which is using WM 6.5)? It is not obvious and I would like to get MMS working!
