no signal strength in SW London?

All afternoon, I have been getting between half a bar and no signal strength on my iPhone. My girlfirend is getting the same on hers. Anyone else in the Wimbledon area getting the same problems?

O2 signal strength has never been very good (Vodaphone was always full signal & 3G
in London), but today has been abysmal.

Its not just London dude. I am in the North West and I have no signal at all now. Apparently its a nationwide thing and all o2 are saying is that they have engineers working on the issue

Oh really? I'm surprised to hear that all 02 transmiiters are in some way connected for them all to break at once!

Thanks for replying though... how did you find out this information? I had a look on the 02 site, and I couldn't see a 'live status' page or anything... and obv. i can't call to check!

I don't think its nationwide. I've had full signal all day in two places 30 miles apart.

I think they're having technical issues but it's getting ironed out.

It's also promising to hear that O2 will be the first UK network to move to LTE which is very promising.
