Can I Switch on Voice mail from abroad ? At present I am in India. I did switch off voice mail before leaving U.K but need to swith on temporarily.

I'm not sure if the short code 1750 will work.

Have you tried asking Live Chat ?

from past experiance and many threads in the past it has to be done from an active connection in the uk.

I do not think for obvious security issuess this can be done via live chat.

This is why the advise is to turn off before you leave the uk and back on on return.
