      <description>&lt;P&gt;REGARDING A PREVIOUS POST ABOUT AN UNLOCKING CODE REQUEST FOR MY PHONE. O2 STATE THE REQUEST CAN TAKE UP TO 10 WORKING DAYS FOR THE CODE TO COME THROUGH. AFTER MUCH WOEING AND WAILING AND NO GREAT SUPPORT FROM THE COMMUNITY. I FINALLY GOT MY MESSAGE THROUGH TO SOMEONE AT O2 WHO SEEMED TO GIVE A DAMM. LOW AND BEHOLD I RECEIVED MY CODE ON THAT DAY 27. TODAY I GO TO MY EMAIL AND NOW FIND THE OFFICIAL REPLY TO MY ORIGINAL REQUEST WITH THE CODE. TOTAL NUMBER OF DAYS 35. NOW THATS WHAT I CALL A SPEEDY SERVICE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;THANKS TO ALL NOT CONCERNED.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
