O2 Lease Ending

Hi, my iPhone 4S on lease is ending at the end of the month, I want to go in store and hand the device back and either take out a new lease or start a new contract. What I want to know is can i go into the store up to a week before the end date and change it as I won't be around on the actual date.

If you're returning the phone take some pictures and get the staff to verify that it's in good working order before leaving it with them.

We have seen a few posts here where the deposits were lost or reduced due to problems the posters were not aware of.

Take a look at the new Refresh contracts where the phone and line rental are charged separately, once the phone is paid for you can upgrade or go to paying line rental only.

As far as I know o2 lease is now only available to Business customers
