Loyalty Discount

Hi
I was on a SIM-only contract for 12 months which earned me a loyalty bonus. Now that contract has expired, O2 have not offered me anything new, so I'm now paying more for staying with them! Time to move on after all these years?

There is no loyalty shown by any of the cellular services operators, so if you can find a cheaper deal for the phone you want elsewhere then by all means take it.

Have you tried calling Customer Services to see what they can offer you though?

Loyalty counts for nothing these days, so if you find a better deal, go for it. Before you do though, make sure your coverage with another network will be equal to or better than what you now get on O2.
