No service.

I can't find a recent one of these topics so wondering if this may help..
Iv had no service on my phone since 1am. Iv turned phone on and off. And checked the website. Said no problems in my area!!
Can anyone tell me what could be wrong.. Obv can't ring O2!! No service.
Very annoying seeing as though my contract is up in 6 days!
Any help much appreciated!!

Firstly try cleaning the sim card. If that doesn't help try if possible inserting the sim in another O2/unlocked phone to ensure the mobile is ok. Is anyone else you know in your area having the same problem on the O2 network?

You could try the chat option link just below or call them from a landline or maybe borrow another O2 phone.

Signal now keeps coming and going. But only one bar.. No other phone to check it on. And iv asked my friends on FB but no reply yet..
Ill try the chat option, no house phone to call off either...
What a mess lol x

I hope so! It's rather annoying when I'm waiting for someone to call.. 😞
