    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know its frustrating but handg on in there by trying to contact 02 via telephone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However If the contract is in your sons name you wont be able to cancel the contract.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;rather confused........i spoke to an advisor online to give me help regarding ending my sons contract but as i dont speak to my son any more i dont have the number but provided all other details of direct debit dates and &amp;nbsp;my current 02 number and email address only to be told that my current phone number has been disconnected which i find strange as at this very moment i am using it trying to get through to 02 which i am having no joy with as i have now been on hold for 35 minutes......i'm not very impressed at all.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
