have you checked the service status for your postcode?

status.o2.co.uk

if it does show a problem then they ca sometimes take a while to fix due to access/parts etc.

If you are P&G you can obviously just stick another SIM in and away you go.

If you are contract customer then you will still have to pay your remaining contract tariff.

Since end of February I haven't had proper reception at my home. Can't call or receive calls and same with texts. Every time I called them answer was the same we know there's this problem but we don't know when it's will be fixed. Last time I called (tree days ago) was informed it will be back to normal on 10th June. Guess what nothing changed. All what I can say bye bye O2 my patients are over

I have checked but it doesn't show any problems.

I'm on contract and it's not only me, my girlfriend has exactly the same problem.

I don't think it's fare to pay for something which you can't even use. It has been really annoying and made lots of inconvenience

No mobile network will guarantee that you will get a signal in a specific place indoors. Depending on which phone you have, you can download an app called TuGo, which will enable you to make calls over your home WiFi.

I would agree with that if that is the case but when it's been okay for more then one year and then suddenly it disappears and nothing really works..I don't think that is acceptable
