why have i been charged 6.25 for a text ??

I see on my bill I have been charged 6.25 for 5 texts can you please tell me why ?

Perhaps O2 were having a bad day!

It's not easy to guess the answer unless you tell us a bit more.

We can't but if you call 202 they will be able to help. I would guess they are premium rate texts. Competition entries or game show voting etc....

We can't actually tell you why as we are customers ourselves but if you give us a bit more information we may be able to give you our best advice.

If the texts are coming from a shortcode number check it PhonePayPlus.

If you are being charged for sending texts let us know the number you are sending them to for further advice.
