Why doesn't loyalty get rewarded?

I've been with 02 for 10years now, however they refuse to match other deals elsewhere.

4/5 years back i would get phone calls from 02 to offer me new phones and offers for loyalty, but now nothing.

WHY 02 WHY?!?!

Everyone is treated the same now, old customers and new ones.

Probably the best deal now is O2 Refresh, where you can update your phone when you like.

Hi,

I have had a couple of phone calls from 02 to go through with me what current tariff I'm on and if they can offer me something better for my needs.

I'm very astute at what tariff I choose and they know I own an iphone 5 so the conversations are normally short and sweet in my case.

Typically when your close to ending your current contract they can reduce any handset costs to tempt you to re sign up.

Carphone Warehouse have been known to offer more favourable deals.

Also why not look at 02's new refresh deal.

I do agree that loyalty should be rewarded as it is with many other businesses but O2 don't seem to worry about it anymore

I pay 02 for a service which they supply.

I agree with bob on this one we don't really show O2 loyalty by any means they're just the best/ cheapest option for us. Loyalty means sticking with something no matter the case which doesn't work in business really.

I miss my vip tickets I won't lie but if someone offers me better rates for same service I wouldn't hesitate.
