      <description>&lt;P&gt;is it me or is the 02 live chat never on line. always busy, so what try calling them? oh and by the way we are very busy on that medium, i may just upgrade but go to vodaphone, better deal, free phone, same contract length, what a dilema!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>All Call centres are typically busy.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Not just 02's.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Allow yourself some time to sit and call them.</description>
