    <description>&lt;P&gt;I must be having a bad day or something &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp; Just found where to change my password, clicked on "Are you wanting to change your password" it says to "follow this quick guide and we'll set a new password for you" but when I try to enter a new password it says "Fail"&amp;nbsp; So I thought maybe I have to put the current password in first so typed that, re-enetered it&amp;nbsp;for confirmation and then it says "All done, we've sent you an e-mail to confirm that we've changed your password" &lt;img id="smileymad" class="emoticon emoticon-smileymad" src="https://community.o2.co.uk/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-mad.gif" alt="Smiley Mad" title="Smiley Mad" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone tell this idiot what she's doing wrong ?!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>E-mail Delivery Status Notification</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For the past few days I've received hundreds of&amp;nbsp;Delivery Status/Undelivered Mail Notifications for e-mails I haven't sent .&amp;nbsp; The e-mail addresses are random and not anyone I know.&amp;nbsp; Have I been spoofed?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm using Windows Mail on my computer to receive e-mail.&amp;nbsp; Can anyone suggest what I should do?&amp;nbsp; Is my computer at risk?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I use AVG antivirus and also&amp;nbsp;regularly scan my computer using Malwarebytes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help much appreciated&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Janey&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;First thing to do is to change your password to a really strong one. Then I would run a full scan using something like Malwarebytes&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, thanks for your reply.&amp;nbsp; I did try to change my password but it didn't work.&amp;nbsp; Had to change it back to the existing one.&amp;nbsp; I must have been doing it wrong :manembarrassed:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In Windows Mail went to Tools - Accounts - Properties - Servers and changed the password, clicked Remember Password but then when I hit Send/Receive it came up asking for my username and password.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>The password needs to be changed in your email account page not in the mail application. Windows mail is just checking your password against what is set on your mail account so if you change it there without changing the actual account it will error because the passwords don't match.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;MI5 is right, if you only have the one O2 email address it will also be your sign in password for the main site and MyO2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you can't change it you will need to contact O2 as it may have been suspended due to being hacked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I doubt your pc is in trouble though as it's possible it's just your online account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
