      <title>Worst service ever!</title>

      <description>Been on hold to O2 for 1 hour and been hung up on twice! It gets worse I thought going to a store when I was placed in a queue where the lady serving advised there were three people in front of me, I sat down for 5 minutes and she came back advising there were 7 people in front of me. This must be an O2 SLA that comes in your T&amp;amp;C's as I have never been treated so poorly as a consumer. The funniest thing is that I was trying to renew my contract.... This seems impossible so I am thinking of leaving to a phone company that wants my custom. Any suggestions?</description>
