Probably inundated with calls at the moment due to the ongoing problems.

Yes, I assume so. But it's really not assuring. I'm going to the shops myself but I cross my fingers that I'm not gonna find it filled with angry customers who have not been able to get through the phones/chat to O2

If it's a customer support issue the shop won't be able to get through either.

As things stand, o2 are proving to be a big disappointment at the moment and it's going to take a few days before they catch up with the outstanding issues.
