o2 rewards - play/debenhams vouchers

Hi,

I have recently been talking to friends who say they have recieved texts through from o2. one said she could claim a "£5 voucher for Play or Debenhams, Hotel Chocolat chocolate or a voucher for a spa place" for being with o2 for 2years.

Another got the same but £15 for being with you 3 years.

I've been with you for 10 years+ (as a pay and go then pay monthly customer)..............will I be getting anything?

i'm well aware of priority moments and although it could be connected it also seems to be a 'gift' in it's own right.

Could this be related to the Join-In website? They do give a lot of freebies in return for your participation on the site.

Join-in - not that i know of. they say the message is from 02 saying it's their 2yr/3yr whatever anniversary and as such they are entitled to clam £x play/ debenham etc vouchers.

It is connected to Priority moments. I've just had mine. You go into the app on phone and there are 3 things you can choose from. Mine was under the "me" tab then press on "My Offers"

I'd say you need to call CS and ask where yours is.... You get something every 12 months.

I'm pretty sure that some of the breakfast pies from O2 had beans in them

I "assume" every one does.... I have for the last 3 years. First time I got £5, last year £10 and this year £15, so I assume it goes up in £5 increments every year (must have started 3 years ago as have been here longer but not had anything prior to that).

Never had a thing in 14 years whist a customer. Nothing on Priority either for me.

They expire after a month so you need to look during the month that relates to your 12 month cycle....

A PAYG customer won't count! You have to be in a contract for four years so you get £15 Argos, Debenhams, Hotel Chocolat vouchers.

Nothing in mine I just checked again, I signed up for the join o2 a couple of weeks a go and I won the fire kindle from the new members draw yesterday
