£10 voucher

hi friends

can anyone tell me the procedure on how to use the voucher, when i logged into my o2 this morning, it said that i would have to wait for a voucher code. i received this code this morning but i dont know what i am to do next. i have been back onto the o2 site to find out but everything seems to be temporarily down for upgrade or maintenance.

Do you mean the voucher for the network outage? You can use this instore.

apologies, yes i do mean the voucher to the outage, do i just walk in and ask them and show them the code?

Yes, if you have something in mind they'll take the code for or towards the cost of the item at the till.

I'd recommend the speakers for £9.99 accessoryshop.o2.co.uk/x-mini-universal-speaker-black-11-11 Brilliant little set, a friend has some so I'm going to get some to use in the kitchen with my phone while I'm cooking. Or for £2.99 you can get some ear phones.

It's a free tenner, there will be something that even if you can't make use of, then someone else can.

thanks for the recommendation, chances are i will end up with speakers as i dont like headphones, but i suppose a look round the store wouldnt go amiss, :). Thanks for the help

I'm a bit of an audiophile and do spend a bit of money on my audio equipment. My last IEM headphones cost about £79.99 RRP.

However if sound quality is not a concern then why not?

I know my voucher code but can the voucher be used in the O2 online shop ? My local O2 store is quite a small one and does not have much in the way of accessories

can you use it on top up as my mum wants to use it for that as she doesnt want anything else. when do you get the code as we just the message about getting it in september nothing more.

I used mine yesterday.

I have the O2 Priority Moments app installed.

I had already accessed and saved the £10 voucher into the app.

When I had decided what I was getting (I got the car window mount which fits most phones, which are £9.99). I accessed the voucher and chose use now, after doing this the voucher code is displayed on the phone's screen. The sales assistant entered the code into the till, and that was it basically.

Just be aware that when you click on use now in the Priority Moments app and the voucher code is on the screen, DO NOT QUIT OUT OF THE APP, AS OTHERWISE THE VOUCHER IS GONE AND YOU CAN'T GET IT BACK.

the voucher can't be exchanged for a top up or part payment to a bill. it can be used as part or full payment to accessories in the o2 store

In the ios app I saved mine for later and it shows in me at the bottom under saved

I got the message in July but have had nothing since even though logged in ... I have now downloaded the app to my iphone but what now - how do I get the code ?
