Think it's still having problems as I can't log into my BB acount. Also think this is the first time this kind of thing has happened?

O2 have updated their status page recently as well as it now says:

We've got a problem with our data services in the UK so some customers won't be able to connect to the internet. The fault we had with our Broadband and Data services have now been fixed but you might see some slow connection speeds using your handset as we continue to fully recover service. We still have some problems with our online services such as access to your My O2 services and we're working to fix those as soon as we can You can still call or text as normal.
