      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm a PAYG customer. Can't access my balance since the update to the app on my Apple IPhone. All I get is the following message: "Well, that's embarrassing. Let's pretend that didn't happen... please try again."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Fix needed. Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
