I have received a scam text. Reporting it to O2 was a nightmare, between the bot and the person (she asked me to give letters of my security answer without telling me what the question was). Twice the bot didn't give me enough time to enter the codes that had been sent to my email, etc, etc... The 202 number wasn't available and I have paid for a 30min phone call. What is worse is that I received the scam text directly after having to set up a joint Virgin Media/O2 account as these companies are now combined? It seems to me that scammers have somehow been able to access that account and ascertain that I am an O2 customer. Nightmare! Company used to be so good. Leaving asap.
