My plan rolls over each month and is supposed to carry forward up to 10 Gbyte of unused data. Last month, after a few weird texts from O2 and many problems with the app, it renewed but didn't rollover any data. So O2 stole 10 Gbyte from me. They won't respond to my emails about this.

Has this happened to anyone else?

The same happened to me in November and December, after many phone call with O2, (who said it was a technical glitch, caused by merger with Virgin) they did give me 3Gb of date. They then assured me it wouldn't happen again, but the same has happened this month!!
