      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;My calls to my mum’s landline in Spain&amp;nbsp;continue to be charged at 10p per minute, even though £2 bolt on (from 3 November) clearly states that calls to Spanish landlines should be&amp;nbsp;2p per minute. I’ve wasted tens of pounds of my credit, and spent WEEKS trying to get a response. Access For You have proven to be useless. Just like the 2 x hour calls to O2 advisers in India (!) who blamed O2 system upgrading for not being able to provide me with a response. After more than 20 years being an O2 customer, I now want to switch to another phone provider. Shame on you O2.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There are some other smaller providers that do free calls to EU countries.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I use one&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
