URGENT- O2 Priority Competition Win - Tickets not received and screening is tonight!

Hiya,

I have won tickets tonight for prerelease stranger thingd 5 at Newcastle cineworld, however I have been sent a link which should have had the tickets attached but their is no hyperlink present.

I have rang 02 today who said they can only open a ticket, ive rang weticketit (no answer) and ive emailed multiple people with no answer.

can anyone help me please :'(

the screening is at 6pm this evening,

@Adele02 Well done for winning, it's not very often I win anything (although I did win £30 on the National Lottery last week)
