Rubbish customer services, no signal in towns or cities, absolute mess of a company! You get charged twice for everything then get told you have to give 30 days notice then they just don’t cancel it!!! Worst mobile phone provider

Thanks for the insight most people know already, about customer services, not too sure about signal, as works where i live and go, and better than EE and VodafoneThree ..

Customer Services, yes

Signal. Good 4G and 5G in the City Centre yesterday, fine today in the suburbs

However, careful where you go when you get your PAC there is equally bad stuff out there.
