      <title>Fraud on my account - I cant even get through. Cancel i would advise</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Signed up to the 02ID virgin media to access my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 days later, someone's got in my account and bought 2 phones off my account and spent £148.00&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I spent nearly 3 - (ANOTHER 2 IN THE EVNEING) STILL NOTIHNG - hours on hold and when I FINALLY did get through, the person did not follow through with my request nore care that how long I was on hold and how unhappy I was. ITS STILL CHARGING ME FOR 2 PHONES, ITS LIKE HE WASNT EVEN LISTENING!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After having someone access my account, you would think 3 hours on hold and the service would have been better and even fixed but still nothing, taken days to still get through. Emails sent, even a letter has gone, the virtual assistance is just terrible, such a waste of time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry I am not happy, and given up. CANCELLING MY ACCOUNT WHEN IM FINALLY GET THROUGH.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
