      <title>O2 Recycle</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;I sent my iPhone 11 and iPhone 15 to O2 recycle both on separate occasions. The iPhone 11 is completed but I am still waiting for my money and they are claiming that they haven’t received my iPhone 15 yet although I have an email confirming that they have received my device. They are asking for the tracking number unfortunately I don’t have this as when I received the email stating they had received it I destroyed the receipt as it was no longer. A tracking receipt is useless once it has been confirmed that the item has been received and O2 Recycle have confirmed this by email. &amp;nbsp;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Failure to process the payment after confirming receipt is a breach of contract under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the email I received from them is proof that I have fulfilled my contract.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I have also asked them to open an investigation into how the confirmation email was sent but their &amp;nbsp;system shows non receipt. The problem lies with your internal processing and not the delivery.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Has anyone else experienced this and who do I complain to at O2&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
